The Eagle's Nest

The Eagle's Nest was a gift to Hitler from the NAZI party for his 50th birthday. The house which is located on the peak of Kehlstein in German Alps, has magnificent views and today is used as a restaurant for people who come to visit the area.

The Eagle's Nest is a chalet which is situated in the Alps, near the town of Berchtesgaden and which belonged to Adolf Hitler. It was a gift to him by Martin Bormann in the name of the Nazi party. The German name is Kehlsteinhaus. The views from here of the Alps are simply spectacular
