Delicious, but pricey
The restaurant "The Wine Spectator Greystone" is located in the Culinary Institute of America (or CIA, not to be confused with the intelligence agency). Warning: even though the food is great, prices are not affordable for everyone, but the dishes are truly delicious. If you eat at the bar, you can watch the chefs and apprentices at work since the kitchen is completely open and overlooks the restaurant. A very important gastronomic stop during a weekend in Napa Valley. For a bit, we almost believe we were in France, that's how crazy good it is!
