The Bird is an American restaurant, a New Yorker. They serve succulent burgers and steaks. The dishes are generous and the ingredients are fresh. The beers are delicious and the waiters are really friendly. They play some R & B and rock music. Importantly, you must book a table for dinner because it is usually busy and if not you can spend an hour or more waiting. All the waiters speak English.
