Palace headquarters of the local archaeological museum
The palace of Baron Benifayo, popularly known as the Russian House, now exhibits pieces from the Archaeological Museum of San Pedro del Pinatar. The Museum has important archaeological remains of the area, such as the Roman de La Raya. It shows Neolithic period pottery, coins, jewelry, pottery and bone tools and tiles. Divided into 4 areas: archeology, ethnography, toy history and temporary exhibitions.
