Passing through France on the way to Spain we decided to stop at the coastal village of Saint-Nazaire. Passing by the sea, we realize the existence of a long, high and thick wall, made of cement that broke with the aesthetic in the area ... Hitler, during the Second World War, wanted to wall off specific areas more vulnerable to attacks by the Allies in coastal locations such as Saint-Nazaire. Not that it is something nice and picturesque, but it immediately caught our attention for its colossal dimensions and sobriety. Fortunately, its construction no avail and Europe could achieve peace ... Possibly thanks to places like this, we never forget that sometimes the worst human being is the beast of the earth ...
