The Arrows Beach

If you are given a tour of Niteroi, I highly recommend the Arrows for an afternoon or evening visit. There are many sporting activities, the water is clean and the area is quiet. It's mostly a family beach. There's a stretch of road that's ideal for walking or jogging, and the beach is easily accessible along the promenade as many buses circulating. Also, after the center is sunbathing a few blocks, so one can "climb" to lunch and back to the beach quickly.
