The 13 et 3

Le 13 et 3 est un bar situé sur la place du Bouffay. Il y a de nombreux autres bars et cafés sur la place, mais je préfère ce bar si car le service est plus efficace et le personnel plus souriant que dans les bars voisins. Le bar est assez petit et son atout principal reste bien évidement sa terrasse car l'intérieur du bar est très étroit ^^ C'est un petit café sympa pour boire un jus de fruit au soleil ou une bière à la sortie du boulot... Le petit détail qui m'énerve, mais qui est davantage lié à l'emplacement qu'au bar : Les danseurs de capoeira qui sont toujours sur la place du Bouffay ! La première fois c'est sympa, mais les voir à chaque fois ça devient lassant... En bref, un bar agréable, surtout quand les beaux jours sont là !

13 and 3 is a bar located on the Place du Bouffray. There are many other bars and cafes in the square, but I like this bar because if the service is efficient and the staff brighter than neighboring bars.
