Tensa Tei Ramen

In the same area where you can find many Iekei style ramen restaurants in Yokohoma, just a minutes walk away from Hiyoshi Station, I found this Shio (salt) style restaurant, it was very different from the other surrounding restaurants. The flavor of the soup is very light and contains a variety of vegetables and some pork. In my opinion, the best of these ramen is definitely the pasta, you notice it is very fresh. You can order a bowl of white rice and re-fill it as many times as you want. You can sit at a table or bar and the place is big and pretty.
