This magnificent temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Built in the ninth century, the temple is one of the oldest in Madhya Pradesh. It's in the Gwalior Fort, and is more than 100 feet higher than the tallest building in the fortress. It perfectly embodies the architectural styles of the Indo-Aryan Dravidians. The roof is built in the Dravidian style, while the walls and decorations are predominantly Indo-Aryan. Just like other temples built around the same time, there aren't any pillars, which is quite surprising. The Gwalior population pleasantly surprised me with so many different sculptures
