Telc Castle
At the end of the square called Zacharias of Hradec is this Renaissance palace, Telc Castle, one of the jewels of architecture in Moravia. Originally it was a Gothic castle, but in the sixteenth century the owners turned it into a Renaissance residence with Italian influences. Inside the castle is the outstanding Golden Room, which extends over the northern wing of the palace, and overlooks the Renaissance garden.
