Tanta: a pleasant surprise
Not too long ago, I tried Tanta, a Peruvian bistro in Madrid apt for those with limited budgets (better than its older brother Astrid & Gaston), close to the metro station Colombia. It’s currently one of the fashionable places in the city.
What did we eat and drink?
Ceviche (fish marinated in citrus), we tried the mixed ceviche and the popular ceviche and the final verdict: the mixed ceviche wins due to the fresh texture the lime and cilantro salsa gives it.
For our first dish, we split “Grandma’s salad”. Spectacular and plentiful, with marinated chicken, crispy bacon and a delicious sweet and sour vinaigrette (mild).
