Tavern 21 is probably the most popular restaurant in Panama that's visited by Spanish people. Also known as "Casa Hilario" (the name the owner gave it), this restaurant offers typical Spanish and Asturian dishes, with their specialties being paella, roast pork, and a wide variety of tapas. And of course there's Spanish tortilla, Galician octopus, manchego cheese, and good ham with bread and tomato. They also have Madrid-style tripe, Andalusian gazpacho, or a steak with goat cheese. Don't forget to order it with a typical house sangria. The restaurant has 4 rooms: The outdoor terrace, located on the busy Via Argentina with park views.
