Spectacular views of the city
The Budapest Wheel is a 65-meter high ferris wheel located in Erzebet ter. It has wide, air-conditioned cabins which can hold up to four people and makes a full revolution in about 10 minutes. The price is around 8 euros which is rather high for Budapest standards, but it’s worth it for the views. Though it’s not located right on the Danube, you do have excellent views of a lot of the city’s main monuments like St. Stephen’s Basilica, the Matthias Church, and the Hungarian Parliament.
