Live cooking show

The Sumptuori was one of the restaurants that I liked in the Palladium complex, especially for the live cooking show (it is very popular). It is adjacent to the hotel lobby of the Grand Palladium Palace and, being a Japanese-themed restaurant, it is only open for dinner (18:30 to 22:00). You have two options for dinner: a la carte or on cooking tables. The second option is the funniest, and the most in demand, you have to go as late at 20:00 to dine between 21:00 and 22:00. You sit around a table that you shared with others, on which there is a sheet where a chef makes the food live, he also gives quite a show with knives and spatulas.

The tasting menu is unique in that you can choose the dishes, but very are varied and usually everybody likes the classic fried rice, chicken, beef sauteed with vegetables and prawns flambéed with soy sauce. Before that you choose a starter - soup (very spicy) or unconditional sushi. Dessert was a kind of delicious chocolate mousse, which came in an edible chocolate cup. It was fun, something different and the food tasted great, so I recommend it (especially the dinner-show).
