Restaurante Sukur (Cerrado)

I always passed by but, to be honest, it was not very appealing from the outside, the diffusion of the decorating objects, the useless columns and the fade lighting turned it into a peculiar place from which I didn't know what to expect.

But one day I decided to go with my partner to check it out. The set lunch meal on the door looked good and for a good price, 10€ (without taxes), which is a deal in the center of Barcelona: touristic and where the prices are substantially increasing.

The impression improved once inside: the waitress came to us with a large smile and put us at our table, you sit down on the benches in between colorful pillows, surrounded by fade light and relaxing music. We chose quickly: crab salad with avocado and then cod "a la llauna".

I went to this intimate and cozy restaurant on Avinyó street several times. A relaxing place with an interesting Mediterranean cuisine of Arabic touches and Greek accents. With a very friendly service. The place is beautiful, with a large space and warm.

A good option to come with your partner because they have romantic candles, tulles and background music inviting to reflect, but I also recommend it if you come with friends to have a good time. They have different set meals from the weekly one for 10€ to the dinner one for 18€. They also have a small shop where to buy indigenous products.
