Roman-medieval patios
In antiquity, the style of living imposed by the Romans was typical (especially in Medieval times) - they built homes or businesses that shared a common courtyard with front access. Among other things, this facilitated access by horses and chariots and in almost all of Britain this was a very common feature. These buildings lost their purpose and disappeared over time, but we can still find some more modernized that maintain their original structure, as is the case of this court, in the heart of Stirling. Today we can find one of the most famous salons of the city and a café with a delicatessen shop.
