Statue of Joao III

In the middle of the Court of Schools and dedicated to Joao III, King of Portugal who, in 1537, moved definitively to Coimbra University. It's not particularly pretty, but it's essential to go to her feet to admire the Via Latina and the Clock Tower at its best.
