22 reviews of St Pancras Railway Station

Excellent Victorian engineering

The train station is located in the center of London near Euston road, between the British Library and King's Cross Station. It was somewhat forgotten until the operation of Eurostar (high-speed trains that linked London with Paris) moved to its renovated building in 2007. The station has two quite attractive architectural elements; The first is the front of the station or the St Pancras chambers which were covered in scaffolding in recent years due to the restoration work to transform the former Midland Grand Hotel into luxury apartments. The other worth noting is the structure of the roof of the station.

Harry Potter on platform 9

St Pancras Station is the station where you can take your photo of Harry Potter on platform 9 and 3/4, and buy a few Harry Potter souvenirs. The truth is that the station is no great mystery, apart from this little point between platforms 9 and 10. You can pick up an Oyster card, which you can use for unlimited travel around London.

Great building

Excellent

Nice hotel bar, but rather expensive.
