Like Lake Como
San Giovanni is another lakeside town that's north of Milan. A recommended destination if you want to have a getaway in the Lombardi capital. This charming little village is very quiet. It's bathed by the waters of the lake. With its church bells and children throwing themselves from the pier into the water it's totally idyllic.
