Oldest cathedral in the city
The Anglican Cathedral was built between 1628 and 1633. The wonderful effigies are carved in stone and marble and the cathedral itself is built in stone gray and green schist walls. It was the first Reformist church to be built in Britain and Ireland and is the oldest building in Londonderry-Derry.
