A broad plaza
This square is located at the back of the Cathedral, in a full colonial area. Here is the door of forgiveness; it is said that political prisoners, passing through, would be automatically pardoned. Opposite the door is the street of parsons, linking the square with the priests' houses, which today have been converted into private residences. It is a broad paved and landscaped plaza, formerly part of the cloister of the Cathedral, where the most ancient cemetery of the city was. Two sculptures can be seen in the middle of the square.
