Liveliest
The Place du Ralliement in Angers is one of the city's liveliest places, as the name suggests. It encourages concentration. It's a great place to meet with friends and do any activities put on by the city. A few weeks ago, we enjoyed hip-hop events at this location, with young people with extraordinary flexibility. I love this site.
