South Pier

The south jetty is an extension of the area known as the Pleasure Beach, a quieter place than the Central Pier, but with plenty of attractions, together with the building called "Castle of Sand" that has lots of fun things to do. This pier is possibly the least attractive, but was built to add prestige to the city, one of only three piers in the UK, and to increase the area of ​​Fun Beach. Found alongside this pier are the major casinos and amusement parks principal among which is the second largest roller coaster in Europe.
