Snuffel Lodging

Not that I've been to the rest, but I'm sure this is the best hostel in Bruges, and, of course, it gave me my best memories I took away from this town. Snuffel is a hostel without many amenities: the room was about 14 people (but sufficiently large), the stairs to it were Belgian style (very narrow), the bathrooms were quite far from the room (and in fact I had to go through the bar), and the kitchen was not the cleanest I've ever seen, but the atmosphere was great. The ground floor functions as a bar (probably one of the coolest bars with the nicest people in Bruges). Sometimes I felt like I didn't want to go sightseeing and I just wanted to stay there drinking beer with the manager, who besides being handsome, played good music.
