Main train station
The main train station in the city of Nantes. It consists of two buildings: the North Station, the oldest part, and South Station. The North Building is composed of a large game room and a small arrival hall, separated by a brewery and toilets. The southern part consists of a large glass room, domed blue and white. The station has 14 tracks, including 3 tracks at the terminal dock. By 2012, the North Station should be renovated and the South Station completely restructured so as to better accommodate the increasing number of passengers, 20 million passengers are expected to pass through by 2015.
