Traditional Southern Barbecue
Smoke on the Water has been a part of the long list of restaurants on Main Street for a long time. Their traditional Southern Barbecue is a must for any visitor. Four different sauces are on the table for customers to experiment with and enjoy. The mustard base is a typical sauce for this region. It was also my personal favorite. It had just the right amount of spice without being hot.
They have local brews on tap along with popular domestic and international beers. A full bar is available as well as soft drinks, water and tea's. There is no kid's menu, but just ask your server as they are very good about accommodating your needs to the best of their ability.
This is a popular choice for locals. Expect to wait for your table. They do have shaded outdoor seating, and people may bring their canine companions to enjoy an outdoor meal.
