Sisteron

We stopped on the way back from the Gorges du Verdon in this town which is the largest in the area. It has a citadel on top of a hill that is best seen from below bottom rather than once you are in it, a cathedral and 4 towers and remains of its ancient wall. It's worth stopping if you are passing through the area.
