Visit a model pirate ship

This boat is a scale model of the famous Golden Hinde galleon that belonged to the famous pirate Sir Francis Drake. The ship acts as a living museum for anyone wishing to visit inside. It is very close to the Southwark Cathedral.

Full size reconstruction

This boat tucked away in a corner of the Thames is the ship of Sir Francis Drake, who sailed in the late 1570s. It's a full size reconstruction of the ship that sailed 200,000 miles, including around the world. Drake was a gentleman recognized/decorated by Queen Elizabeth I, who blessed the boat and converted it into the world's first maritime museum. You can visit it next to Tower Bridge, they organize a lot of activities, for example, you can stay overnight on the boat with the whole family, reconstruction of historical moments with real actors, private events and a pirates day.
