The cuisine of this town is varied, with dishes made with local ingredients such as asparagus, which can be prepared in many ways and is the title of one of the main festivals of the town, the Asparagus Festival held in late April. Here you can also taste the olives, goat cheese, homemade candy, famous roasted pepper salad and homemade gazpacho.
