Shaganappi Skating Rink

The Shaganappi Community Association maintains a public skating rink in Shaganappi Park in the wintertime. It is a beautiful rink, which features a separate hockey rink and also a pleasure rink which runs in a large loop. The park is open to the public 7 days a week and is completely free to use. There is also a small lodge-style private room that can be rented out for events, which is where we attended a 30th birthday party.

There are indoor washrooms, plenty of space to lace up your skates, and outdoor fireplaces to warm up next to during a chilly day out on the ice.
