Humble area
A neighborhood to the east of Venice, when visiting this lovely city it usually constitutesthe first step taken by most tourists. Divided into two very different areas: - The eastern part there are many streets and squares where you can take a nice walk, a humble area of the city, but also home tothe important palaces of the Grand Canal. - The western part, much less attractive, is home to several industrial buildings and large parking space for Piazzale Roma. In this area, a particular highlight is the controversial bridge della Costituzione (Calatrava).
