The atmosphere is very pleasant , simple and elegant, has a very nice patio with a beautiful view of Hervas church and part of the village. So beautiful!

Incide has some couple of large and comfy tables, good lighting and music, was a little trip to Extremadura listening just regional music.

Every single detail was carefully​ placed. We had a bottle of sparkling wine.

Roast beef as appetizer with a very short glass of broth, the meat was tender and juicy. The light soup was perfect!  Something hot and delicate for start!
My husband got a beetroot salmorejo, with vanilla ice cream on top, so delicious!! Is a puree that usually is made from tomato and bread. This plate was a surprise!

By that moment we were so happy for our choice. :)

For a main course we chose a leg of lamb in honey sauce and a fresh salad with cheese and sun dry tomato to share.

Sésamo is a must if you’re in Hervás. It serves traditional farm-to-table food in a modern environment. Also, the price-quality ratio is great! The interior is modern and youthful and makes for a great place to eat. The daily and a la carte menus are both delicious and won’t disappoint.

I ate here on my anniversary. I left so happy that I went back a few days later! The service is excellent, the dishes are original, and it’s located in one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.
