A natural delight
If there is something that cannot be denied, it is that the beauty of the environment of Morraine Lake is one of the main attractions of Banff National Park. Many people come here by bus, take the necessary picture, and return just the way they came, not realizing they are probably in the most awesome trekking area of the Canadian Rockies. You just have to go a few miles away from Morraine Lake in the direction of Sentinel Pass to be able to admire the ten peaks surrounding the lake in all its glory.
From here there are two options: you can either return by the same path or go down the mountainside to connect to the path of Paradise Valley.
This alternative is super recommended, but requires either two more vehicles, or you'll have to hitchhike from the parking lot of Paradise Valley. A curiosity, the routes in this area cannot be undertaken by groups smaller than 4 people, in principle to minimize the chances of encountering a bear. So, go in large groups.
