A lady with good grapes
In the wine cellar Malauva they have what they call urban wine with a variety of activities ranging from traditional tastings, pairings, treasure hunts, blind tasting games, roulette wine, etc., in an informal and playful atmosphere. This shop-wine bar is tastefully decorated with a very cool and transgressive style. They even have a Malauva accessories catalog, products with their logo to buy/gift. The concept of Malauva was born in Valladolid, expanded to Palencia in the summer of 2012 and is also in Madrid, next to Mercado de San Antón, which I have also visited. We tasted small blind sweets to identify flavors thereof, associated with wine, fruits like cherry, watermelon, melon, banana, and citrus fruits such as tangerine, orange and grapefruit, and products like leather and others that are hard for a rookie to identify.
