Sculpture of A Fisherman

Strolling along the dock, we found this sculpture which went almost unnoticed by the people in the area. I found that quite endearing. At the edge of the walk and sitting alone in a corner waiting for some fish, this patient fisherman, made of bronze, was inaugurated on July 16, 2004. It pays a warm tribute to all those fishermen who, through the decades, have sat in this place with simple gear and great patience.
