Very dynamic
It is an old bike that I saw whilst passing. The ladder on the side makes the photo look very dynamic. It suggests that the person using the bike stopped there (maybe because of a flat tire) and entered on the right hand side. The photo first makes you look to the left and later backwards towards the steps.
