Santurtzi

In September I participated in one of these trips and it was great! We saw 8 whales (fin whales, according to the guide) and others. We were just a few meters from them ... and we could hear their murmurs. It gave us goosebumps! I definitely want to do it again!

Santurce is a quiet and pretty town with a harbor, near the Suspension Bridge, a World Heritage site. It has easy access via public transport to the center of Bilbao by metro, train and bus. Highlights include the Palacio de Oriol and recommended Currito restaurant.
