Santa Isabel de Los Reyes Convent

La chiesa di Santa Isabel, con annesso convento, è uno degli esempi piú ricchi del patrimonio sconosciuto di Toledo. La struttura infatti, risalente al XIV secolo, è formata da diverse zone, tra cui vale la pena ricordare il patio della infermeria, recentemente ristrutturato dal Consorzio della Cittá di Toledo. Le decorazioni in gesso, i colonnati a base ottagonale, la ricchezza di elementi simbolici e araldici collocano il complesso di Santa Isabel nel piú classico stile mudejár di cui è ricca Toledo. Il convento di Santa Isabel ospita inoltre un museo aperto da 10:30 a 17:30 in inverno e sino alle 18:30 in estate, ad eccezione del martedí e mercoledí.

The Santa Isabel church and convent, is one of the richest examples of unknown heritage of Toledo. Indeed, the structure, dating from the fourteenth century, consists of several zones, among which it is worth mentioning the patio of the infirmary, recently renovated by the Consortium of the City of Toledo. The decorations in plaster, the colonnades with an octagonal base, the wealth of symbolic elements and heraldic put the complex of Santa Isabel in the most classic Mudejar style which is rich in Toledo. The convent of Santa Isabel also has a museum open from 10:30 until 17:30 in winter and 18:30 in summer, with the exception of Tuesday and Wednesday.

Este convento De Santa Isabel De Los Reyes fue construido en el siglo XV y ofrece características mudéjares y portada plateresca. Se encuentra junto a las Iglesias de San Antolín y de San Andrés. Fue restaurado recientemente para conservar este edificio.
