Sankt Michael Im Lungau

St. Michael is a charming Austrian village in the Salzburg region. The town is small, cozy, nice. Very well maintained. I stayed in a house on the outskirts, in the middle of a meadow, with their wooden balconies and pots with brightly colored geraniums. Ideal. It is conveniently located. From there we visited Salzburg, Linz, Graz, Innsbruck, Vienna and Munich. I went in the summer and the people were lovely, too bad I didn't have a digital camera and could not splurge on pictures. It's also a good winter destination because of the snow. You can ski. However, the photos are from July.
