San Nicolás Restaurant

Estuvimos mi mujer y yo el sábado 14 de agosto por la noche en este restaurante llamado de San Nicolás. Preguté si tenían cervezas de tercio y me dijeron que sí. Una de ellas era una cerveza artesana hecha en Cuenca y les dije que esa tenía 7,2º de alcohol y que si tenían de otras marcas con menos graduación (se sobreentiende que de tercio). Me traen una normal y me la traen en un vaso de cuarto de litro. Dije que había pedido una cerveza de tercio y que eso no era un tercio. Y me dijeron que ese era el tamaño que ofrecían. Dije que al ser de barril, que podían traer una copa más grande, de tercio, y me contestaron que la siguiente más grande (repito que era cerveza DE GRIFO) era de medio litro. Decidí pasar por el aro y pagar 5€ (sin IVA). La guinda fue que en el menú, figuraba que tenían PALETILLA DE CORDERO y en un anexo (al principio del libro del menú) ponía que recomendaban, entre otras cosas, PIERNA DE CORDERO. La pierna de cordero costaba 18€ y pico. La paletilla 22€ y pico (10% de IVA no incluido). Pedí pierna por ser un poco más barato. Me la sirven y al final me cobran los 22€ y pico. Dije que se trataba de una equivocación y me contestaron que no había ningún error porque yo había pedido PALETILLA y no PIERNA, y que además no les quedaba pierna. Yo protesté diciendo que había pedido pierna y que si no les quedaba me lo tenían que haber comunicado. Y la señora que nos tomó nota dijo ya, en plan acalorado, que no había pedido pierna, que había pedido PALETILLA...."Y ADEMÁS USTED LO SABE". Es decir, que encima me estaba llamando implícitamente mentiroso la muy impresentable. Para rematarlo, dijo que yo había visto que me habían servido una PALETILLA y no una PIERNA. O sea, que encima, yo tenia la obligación de saber distiguir entre una paletilla y una pierna. En la factura, ponía el concepto PIERNA/PALETILLA 22€ y pico. Yo lo dije que la paletilla y la pierna no costaban lo mismo y me contestaron que eso era el concepto que tenían programado en la máquina. El caso es que tuve que pagar los 22€ y pico por no liarla. Con la información que escribo aquí, que cada cual saque sus propias conclusiones. Naturalmente pienso poner este comentario en todos los foros que pueda en donde hablen de este restaurante.

Se encuentra muy céntrico, a unos 100 metros de la catedral. Dispone de una amplia carta y menú de 15€ más IVA. Tiene un amplio comedor y terraza con vistas al entorno conquense. Si vais en grupo, se recomienda hacer reserva.

Mi chico y yo fuimos a comer a este restaurante y le vi muchos defectos que tenéis que tener en cuenta a la hora de decidiros por un restaurante u otro y no fijaros en las apariencias. Este establecimiento fue la peor decisión que pudimos tomar, nos cobraron por dos copas de vino corriente 7€ me parece que para ser vino de la casa es un precio muy abusivo, no lo recomiendo para nada y la comida escasa y eso que pedimos para dos y la broma nos salio por 63,64€. No volveremos.
