San Martino Battle Museum

The Museo della Battaglia di s. Martino (Brescia) was constructed in the year 1939 and is situated next to the tower which has the relics of one of the most bloody battles in history. One witness wrote that at sunrise the day after the battle, the strip of land, before with nice green crops, had over 40,000 scattered and mutilated bodies.
