Samphran Elephant Ground and Zoo

Despite its name we did not arrive in time to see this show as we had a very eventful morning of temples but we were able to see the amazing crocodile farm. This reserve with different lagoons is home to a species of endangered crocodiles. This is the Siamese crocodile. These lakes are divided by ages ranging from the youngest to 40 and 50 years old. You can imagine what you can see around there. They have small dark and light stripes but with age they darken. The entrance is about 300 baht for children and 500 for adults and is open from 8:30 am in the morning to 5:30pm. From 10 in the morning you can see a show with elephants or ride on one of them, take a picture with tigers or crocodiles and see a show where caregivers make risky demonstrations.
