I have been eating at this restaurant for a quarter of a century and I've never been served anything that wasn't delicious. If what you care about is excellent food (not decor or attentive waiters) and value-for-money, you can't do much better in the centre of Madrid.
Take it easy with the chilli sauce - served in a bowl for you to use if you choose - it is very, very spicy; try it a drop at a time! Without the sauce the food is very flavoursome but not spicy.
