Samaná Beach

I was already familiar with Samana beach, as I had visited it before, but I had never been to Rincon beach. Just as the name implies, you get there via a long and rocky road, it seems like only those with the will may go, but once you arrive, your eyes can not believe what you see, peaceful, wonderful, and most wonderful thing is that you have two in one, because on one side is the beach, and the on the other is a freshwater river that flows into the beach, it is something that you really must see, for me it was a moment of disconnection with urban life and the knowledge that there are still places

I am not surprised that it´s been named as the 7th most beautiful beach in the world. This is a quiet place to unwind and swim in a beautiful setting. As the locals say, it is famous for the likes of Brad Pitt and Shakira, who have homes in this area. So who knows, maybe one day you will meet them in the area ;)

If you visit you should go to see the color house and also take a trip in boat to the island Cayó levantó it’s not far you will have so much fun, the sand is so soft.

I have visited this beach several times and it is a very beautiful place. The deep blue waters and the white sands make it one of the best beaches in the country. With the new highway which links Santo Domingo to Samana, the time needed to go to Playa Rincon, is extremely short. It is a place everone must visit if they like the beach and adventure.
