Thiago Made Us Feel Very Welcome
We arrived almost by accident at this little restaurant, as there are so many in the area. From the beginning the service was great and Thiago made us feel very welcome. We ate on the terrace which Thiago recommended and we would do the same. You have to try the Portuguese Serra da estrela cheese. We also had small sardines which were delicious. The "vinho verde" (recommended by Thiago) was cheap and delicious. Then we had flounder and octopus rice with breaded octopus steaks. For dessert, we tried the carrot cake with chocolate spectacular! We tried the house licor and the barman told us the history of the bar.
