Salt Tasting Room

This is a tasting room where you can go with groups (large or small) to enjoy a good time. There are some snacks served, but of course the main event is the tasting menu of three courses (costing between 29 and 33 Canadian dollars). There are three wines, red, white, and sparkling, chosen to harmonise with the different cheeses, sausages, and other food on offer. The menu is always changing, so you'll never repeat the same experience.
