Salisbury Cathedral

Located on a vast expanse of grass which gives an added feeling of solemnity, this is one of the most impressive cathedrals I have ever visited. Outside is the tower, which is the highest in England, inside, opposite the entrance next to the wall of the north aisle, you will find a working medieval clock. Near the central aisle is a font in fitting with the architecture and beyond that, the central dome. From here the route runs along the north aisle where there are several chapels. Stop a moment and look over a thousand carved details. Following the tour of the South you arrive at the Chapter House where you can see a copy of the Magna Carta in 1215 that the king signed.
