Church built for those who moved to the outskirts
The Church of St. Therese of the Child Jesus is in the upper part of the city on the Pichevin, or Capuchins hill, and was constructed to give a place of worship to the population ve had moved in the outskirts. From there you can see port Tourelles and sunsets with the sun beating down on the Caribbean. The church was constructed in the year 1938, with a structure similar to that of the Cathedral, where the highlight is its high tower that can be seen from any point of the city. It was designed by Wulfleff. The interior is divided into 3 naves, and is considered one of the loveliest churches
