MELITHA BLASCO
Designed by Bertram Goodhue
The Church of Saint Vincent Ferrer is located right in the Upper East side of Manhattan on Lexington Avenue, near the corner of 66th Street. It belongs to a Dominican order and its construction took a long time before finally being completed in 1918. The famous architect Bertram Goodhue was in charge of the design and work which involved many of the foremost American sculptors of the time. The building is very nice and warm both outside and in, and there are many beautiful images inside. Its famous choir always sing in the masses at 12 on Sundays.
