Saigon Restaurant
Since trying Vietnamese food in Paris, by the way I go into a Vietnames restaurant whenever I see one. That is kind of what happened in Newcastle. We were looking for something for dinner that was different and we so we found Saigon. The typical exotic restaurant had clippings and recommendations from local magazines at the entrance. Details that convinced us. And no regrets. The food was delicious and the prices not expensive. It is a place to share. Very good soup, pork ... Oh, and also very rich Vietnamese beer. I think we came to something like 15 euros per person, a very affordable price for what it was and to be in Britain.
